Vice President of Training
With Identity Branding since 2003, Alan Polczynski currently serves as the vice president of training. In this role, he oversees all customer and corporate training sessions related to the e-relationship system and provides leadership for the entire Identity Branding customer support staff. A 15-year industry veteran, he has expertise in management, training, sales and customer satisfaction.
A frequent speaker and clinic facilitator on brand marketing and prospecting, Polczynski has trained agents and managers at many of the largest financial services companies in the U.S.
Polczynski attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a focus in business communication, management and economics.
