Rick O’Reilly brings 30 years of industry experience to Identity Branding.
O’Reilly began his career as an agent for Connecticut Mutual Life, (now MassMutual), qualifying for MDRT his first full year in the business. He was later promoted to Director of Brokerage for the Washington, DC agency of Connecticut Mutual.
For more than two decades, O’Reilly developed new regions as productive profit centers for several major life insurance companies; He helped develop unprecedented distribution for what is now Lincoln Financial, and established a marketing recruitment strategy in new regions of the country. He served as a regional officer where he exceeded production goals and originated “Successful Sales Idea” workshops.
In his capacity as LUTCF and CE instructor, he has taught more than 1000 agents in advanced sales and leadership curriculums.
Today, Rick is e-Relationship’s VP Market Development. He is in charge of coordinating e-Relationship rollout strategies and field training for our major companies. He is a frequent presenter, conducting company and agency clinics almost monthly. His energetic presentations are filled with practical prospecting ideas as well as best practices. During his clinics, advisors learn how to attract prospects, build positioning and find new sales in today’s competitive environment.
O’Reilly graduated from the University of Dayton and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps
