Michelle Polczynski, one of Identity Branding first staff members, serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, she oversees all daily operations, contracting, creation of marketing concepts, and coordination of Internet based connection solutions.

Michelle has been partnered with Robert Krumroy since 1996. She has over 10 years experience in management, customer satisfaction and provides leadership for the entire Identity Branding staff. Additionally, Michelle’s expertise crosses many areas of marketing including brand development, strategic marketing, and customer connection and retention. She has vast experience in the insurance and financial industries. Michelle Graduated from University of North Carolina with a degree in Business Administration.

Brad Whitmore, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Brad Whitmore serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he oversees all nation sales, marketing and technology efforts for Identity Branding.

Brad has 20 years of proven track records in management, sales and customer satisfaction. He provides leadership for the Identity Branding sales force, which is focused on the unique needs of their respective industries. Additionally, Brad’s expertise crosses many areas of marketing including brand development, product management, strategic marketing, and market expansion with a strong background in technical marketing to a global base of customers. Brad Graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Bachelor in Science with a mathematics major and business minor. He also received National All-American status in Swimming.
