                        Seminar Overview

This is a seminar for the financial advisor who wants to help small business owners create a competitive advantage, establish market dominance, increase profits and help them build deeper customer loyalty in their local market. It is focused on helping the business owner become the local market Brand of Choice in their category of business. If you can help the business owner create greater profits and deeper market dominance, you have become their ally. What a great foundation for building your business image, outclassing the competition and positioning yourself as the preferred provider.

                                            Who is the intended audience?

Any group of small business owners is your audience. This seminar has been used in alliance with local Chamber of Commerce, the National Small Business Incubation Centers, Civic Clubs, Merchant Associations, Historical Retail Preservation Societies, and creatively assembled groups of small business owners.

How is the seminar conducted?

The seminar is a video presentation. It is a one-hour seminar including assignments. The three video segments are 12 minutes, 18 minutes and a 6 minute wrap-up. The group assignments are explained by the host, Robert Krumroy. Your job is to:  

1.       Distribute the tri-fold video workbooks and the My e-Customer flyers

2.       Register the attendees when arriving (name, address, phone, email)

3.       Welcome the participants

4.       Begin the first video segment

5.       Direct participants to do the 5 minute assignments in groups of 4-6

6.       Ask for each group to give a 3 minute report on their assignment answers

7.       Provide a copy of the book to each attendee (or give as a door prize and have others available)

8.       Optional: Provide beverages and light snacks before or after the seminar
